CSV extract is showing date/time in UTC time

When the report is extracted to CSV format the time is shown in UTC time, is there a way we can convert the time to show Sydney time considering the daylight saving also. 
 

Use case: Operations team has to extract the data to csv to transform the data but since the created date, updated date etc is shown in UTC time it is becoming difficult for accurate reporting.
