Payables Unaccounted Transactions and Sweep Report is ending in error

Do Oracle checks for inactive business units under a particular ledger while running this report

Hi Team,

While running the program Payables Unaccounted Transactions and Sweep Report  at ledger level, the user needs to have the access of all business units under that particular ledger. 

We have a scenario where the user is having all the active business unit access for that particular ledger. But still the program is failing with the message AP_SWEEP_ACCESS_ERROR. 

After chekcing we found out that there are two business units under this ledger which were inactivate. We checked from back end and there are no pending transactions for those inactive business units.
