How to change the Label name that appear in the content type.

Hi All,

After we did the upgrade the few Labels in the Content type and Skills and qualification page got changed.

For example: In the Language content type we need to change the lables like "Reading", "Wirting" and "Speaking" to client new names provided by client.

Please share the document if you have, and need your guidance on this to complete.
