TRE01 announcement in regards to dispatcher migration deadline Feb 26th

Summary

TRE01 announcement in regards to dispatcher migration deadline Feb 26th- based on the KB on oracle site TRE01 was already completed last year in May

I want to know if this announcement was broadcasted to TRE01 by mistake.  Based on the KB doc this ip 147.154.109.114 address is for other data centers not for TRE01.  

Anybody on TRE01 got this message and found out that this is a mistake and we are not affected on this Dispatcher Service Migration :
