How to communicate changes needed for an MOS note?


Hi Oracle Team,

There are certain metalink notes on my support which needs an urgent update of correct document links. As an example, please see the below note:

Upload Payslips As Attachments To Employee Documents Of Record (DOR) Section (Doc ID 2042150.1)

All the links in note are taking to:

I would expect it to be taking to the right part of the document.

Please guide if I need to create an Idea for this or there is a separate way to provide feedback for my support.
