TBE Dispatcher Service Upgrade to Cloud -- How to Update Hosting Server IP?

This is regards to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure upgrade on February 26.

I am unfamiliar if our TBE instance has any custom integrations. I want to be sure our instance does not have any operational impacts.

1. How do I confirm if our TBE instance has custom integrations?

2. How do I update the existing host server to the new host server??
