Is the Self Assigned Task feature on the 2021 roadmap?

I'm wondering if anyone has seen information on self assigned tasks in Fluid Recruiting? We have the setting " Manage my self-assigned tasks" enabled but we don't currently have the option to create self-assigned task in the candidate's submission.
