Candidate Application Error: Detail entity PersonAddressUsageDEO with row key null cannot find or in

We have had two candidates in one day tell us they are getting this error message when applying to a job on our external careers site: Detail entity PersonAddressUsageDEO with row key null cannot find or invalidate its owning entity. I have submitted an SR but thought I would crowd source as well since one of the jobs the candidate is applying to is a higher-level position.
They receive this error message when clicking Submit to submit their application. It will not move on to the next screen to enter the verification code, but it does appear to be sending them the verification code when looking at their interaction history (which also means that it is creating their profiles - just not creating their application on the job)
