Budget Balance Import Error: Invalid account combination

Hi,

Can anyone kindly advice on the following error during budget balance import where it states invalid combination.

I uploaded and ran the validate and Load Budgets process. I then received an error: Budget data was not loaded into the cube because the data is missing for cube dimension members. Invalid account combination. Provide valid values to all the segments of the account combination associated with the ledger. 

I have checked the account combination and it exists. Also looked at the Manage Hierarchies, also active. Ran the Create Scenario Dimension Members, then reuploaded, however, I am still receiving the above error. Any idea or suggestions to have this resolved.
