Need input to capture the Requisition progress phase duration

Need to capture the phase duration from posted to filled for a Job requisition. Is there a way to get the value whether it is captured or a  calculated value.

In online  Progress Summary page, we will be able to see 0 minutes in phase / 1 day in phase etc., Please find the attached screenshot for reference.
