Load Person Costing using HSDL Template

Hi,
Has anyone worked on HSDL Template to load person costing?
I am facing the below error when I try to load Assignment costing details for a person using ASG, COST as source type and sub type.
The values 300000002365039,300000039966633,ASG aren't valid for the attribute CostAllocationRecordId.
Initially while creating the Template I used the below option opted for :
AssignmentNumber,LegislativeDataGroupName,SourceSubType,SourceType,SubTypeSequence;
Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Request if any one has template please share.
