Transformation fast formula - Document of Records

Transformation fast formula for generating Document of Records with attachment HDL file

We are getting a file (contains person number and PDF file name) and multiple PDF attachments from third party payroll system. Has anyone done a transformation fast formula to convert the file and PDF files into a Document of Record HDL zip file. The load data from file does allow to upload zip file and select a transformation fast formula. 

Anyone handled this kind of situation in the fast formula to process a zip file.
