In Classic we had utilised the Projects area to manage our Legal PA to Fee Earner relationships.  So on the Legal PA's Talent page we would effectively assign them to one or more Fee Earners. This data feeds through to our employee database and would help show alternate contacts for the Fee Earner.

The Fee Earner field is a drop down list of values that the PA's line manager can use to select the Fee Earner. As well as the Fee Earner name, the department and  office appear so that the line manager can select the correct individual where we have two individuals with the same name.
