Issue opening PDF attachments

I've received a few messages from our recruiters that candidates are having issues opening our benefits attachment that is attached to the offer letter e-mail. I've checked the PDF and there is nothing wrong with it, so I believe it has to do with Taleo. Has anyone else experienced this?
