ODA for External career site

Create new DA for External Career Site.

Hi , 

I am trying to setup the ODA for External career site. I can see that the Candidate Experience skill is available. But when i create a new Digital Assistant i am not able to select any skills. 

Do i need to create a new DA for just Candidate Experience or I can just add it to the FADigitalAssistant ?
