Where are Webcentre invoice links stored in Fusion Payables

We use Webcentre to scan invoices and these invoices flow into Fusion AP. When you query the invoice in AP, you can see a url link that takes you to the invoice image. Where are the links stored?

Our Client uses Webcentre to scan invoices and these invoices flow into Fusion Accounts Payable.  When you query the invoice in AP, you can see a url link that takes you to the invoice image. Does anyone know where these url links are stored? Are they stored in SaaS? Are they also stored in Webcentre? Is anyone able to assist please? Thanks
