Summary

When I try to create a oci_core_vcn for an existing oci_identity_compartment with terraform I get this error.

Hi!

I have started with terraform and OCI on my Alway Free Tier account and tried following blogs from Tim Hall:

  1. Terraform : Installation -> successful
  2. Terraform : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Provider -> successful
  3. Terraform : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Compartment -> successful
  4. Terraform : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) -> here I get the error from the title

The message does not show, which resource is meant, I assume the compartment. I have double checked the OCID I have used.
