Most of our requisitions are approved by managers who are in the field and hence they use the email to approve with their smart phones. The challenge is the inability to capture the rejection reason when they reject documents in their mobile phones. How can we make the reason mandatory in the emails? By updating BPM notification setup for ReqApproval task, the reason is made mandatory in the In-App notifications. Question is how the same can be made mandatory for email notifications?
