Offer Decline - Candidate comment = null value

Hi,

Event Alert:  IRC_JobOffer_Declined_External

Added token ${CandDeclineComment} to alert

Hello,

 

The external candidate ${CandidateDisplayName} has declined the job offer ${JobOfferTitle}.

Candidate comment for declining the offer:  ${CandDeclineComment}

 

Access the job requisition: ${RequisitionTitle}.

 

Thank you.

 

However the Candidate comment shows as null in the Notification Alert to Recruiter, Hiring Manager and any relevant roles/collaborators defined?

 

Please advise and/or guide what we are missing.
