How to increase the number of allowed letters for the free text DFFs

Content

Hi,

I would like to create a new DFF which is displayed when creating a Job requisition (DFF code: IRC_REQUISITIONS_DFF). This flexfield has to be a text box (data type: Character). I would like to enter in this flexfield more than 150 letters, however when I create the value set, if I try to enter as Maximum length a number greater than 150, an error message appears (see the screenshot 'Maximum_length.PNG').
How can I create a DFF whose number of allowed letters is more than 150?

Howdy, Stranger!
