Fusion Procurement Purchasing Cloud is rolling out an excel template that uses the Oracle Draft Purchase Order REST API 21A in combination with the Visual Builder Add-in for Excel. This excel workbook enables you to view, create, update, and submit new purchase orders for approval.

Attached is an unpublished Visual Builder Excel template with pre-populated attributes of the Purchase Orders REST API. Note that some columns are hidden but can be displayed from within the excel workbook. 

You can use this template as is, or as a starting point for a new template tailored to your organization’s needs and publish it to your end users. Publishing creates a copy of the workbook with the design tools hidden and worksheet protection turned on for each worksheet with a layout.
