User's User name is showing as FlexField Value in Requisition

Hi All,

I am facing some wiered issue that in some requisitions for one flexfields user's user name is showing as field value which was never added by any recruiter, we checked weather it has came from duplicate requisition also but that is also not the case.

Most of them are fresh requisition created even I checked with recruiter who created that requisition but they also saying they have not added that field value, but it is showing in 7, 8 requisitions. checked with oracle by SR but they are saying this can be possible by browser auto filled information but that is also we checked and not making any sense for auto filled.
