Auto disposition candidates

Hello everyone!

We used to use the auto-reject feature in our requisitions, however, we figured out that when the requisition is filled, all those candidates are not getting into the correct disposition/reason, for example, we would like when the requisition is filled the disposition to be "Submission received too late"; instead of using the auto-reject feature we are doing this candidate by candidate, so they have the correct disposition.

Does anyone have the same issue? Or how you are doing this to set them to the correct disposition?
