Migrate FAH Configurations one instance to another

Hi Team,

We have more than 10 source applications configured in our current instance and wanted to migrate the configuration to the new instance.
Wanted to know on the following
1. Is there standard out of the box functionality available to migrate all sources at once ?
2. Can we migrate source application wise ?
3. Should we go by task wise ?

We could not get any documentation that helps us to migrate the configuration. Any help on this is highly appreciated
