Talent DFF with LOV - is it possible to display multiple fields in the drop down view?

Summary

Displaying multiple fields in a DFF LOV drop down list

Content

In the Special Projects area we have added a DFF which is a drop down menu for other employers in the firm.  The DFF displays the name that the end user can select.  However, we do have a few examples of people having the same name and as such would like to include the office and department in the view to help the individual select the correct person, but cannot work out how we can do this?  Has anyone achieved anything similar?

Screenshot below showing how the field currently appears, and how we would like it to appear. Obviously the data value once selected should just be the Name.

Howdy, Stranger!
