Summary

Users maintaining customer bank accounts not abke to see last 4 digits of customer bank accounts on converted data

Content

We have an issue where the users in the treasury department are unable to see the last four digits of the customer bank account on data that was converted/loaded from our legacy system (they are looking at the customer bank account on the customer record for ACH payment). They are able to see the last 4 digits of accounts that we have added since go live, but not the converted accounts. Would anyone know of a what we could make the last four digits visible for the converted data without manually re-entering them - we have thousands of customers.

Howdy, Stranger!
