Offer Field - Vacation & Vacation Units

Hi,

Does anyone offer their vacation/PTO in hours? We used to use days  - I.e., "You will be given 10 days of vacation" but recently have made the switch to offer vacation in hours - i.e., "You will be given 80 hours of vacation." We are using the taleo standard field for Vacation but there is not a Vacation Units option for "Hours."

We don't want to create a user-defined field because this field is already being used in an integration, so creating a new field would require work to update the integration.

Our workaround for now is we've hard-coded the offer template language to say "hours" (instead of pull from the offer grid) and have told our recruiters to enter "80" in the field on the offer grid but select "days" as the unit... understanding this won't affect anything. However, this is really confusing to explain to new recruiters and is overall just a weird process.

Howdy, Stranger!
