    Hi Team ,

    we have a requirement where we need to make the setup such that if any employee has parenting leave element retroactively set then regular salary retro should automatically get generated with the negative of exact same amount.

    for example , if we have parenting leave retroactively set with amount of 400 then regular salary retro should get automatically generated with -400. 

    Can anyone please let me know how can we make this setup ?
