View Extract Results status and View Flows status are not in sync

View Extract Results status and View Flows status are not in sync

Hi,

When the HCM extract is executed  from FLOWACTIONSERVICE  and the status of the extract from View Extract Results shown as failed.
But from View Flows the process flow instance shows as success. When the next steps to  initiate ,  it considers  View Flows success status 
as a input and proceed for the next steps.

That should not happen ,since the extract has failed status at View Extract Results.
When View Extract Results status and View Flows status are not in sync , how to handle this .Please share your thoughts
