Update Department / Template Via TCC

Has anyone updated departments or requisition templates within requisitions via TCC?Content
Hello! We found that we have not been able to save any (draft or open) requisitions after having edited anything in the structure section - which includes department and requisition template. I have SR open since the beginning of January, but so far, no traction on resolution. I was trying to find a workaround to update department via TCC, but our TCC admin gets this error: "1"|""|"error"|"requisition.merge"||"You cannot create or update the following field: Requisition.Department,BaseAdminEntity.Code;"
Short of starting a requisition from scratch, I have no recourse if something in the structure needs to be edited.
