Please can you help with this issue.
We have a number of annual benefits that are only available for open election and the rates should be based on the employee's circumstances as at 1 Jan. i.e. their salary or number of working hours etc.
I am finding that when they have a life event later in the year, the rates are changing based on their new circumstances. I have set the default enrolment rule to New - default; current - same enrollment and rates and I was hoping this would prevent the rate changing but it hasn't.
