Is there a way to "get" all FR Reports using REST?

Is there a way to "get" all FR Reports using REST? I did a couple documentation searches but could only find the REST call for Narrative Reporting. 

Trying to identify and document the reports that should be migrated to the new MR style.

If not a REST call, is there a way to export the FR repository? Preferably with the source cube, prompt and/or POV dimensions, or related detail similar to the System Reports do for Forms/Business Rules/Access in the GUI?
