While satisfactory for the HR Specialist population, the out of the box notifications aren't user-friendly/appealing to our end users. We just had our first employee-facing roll-out of a checklist use case and decided to send an email outside of the system which included a deep link to the Current Tasks tile. While this worked for this small pilot of the capability, it's not ideal from an ongoing perspective as it relies on us running reports and manually sending emails for reminders as well. It also doesn't add anything to their bell or things to finish.
