To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

HCM Deep links on New window & ODA behavior
Content
Hi Team,
Does any one face any discrepancy, User Experience impact, when the ODA widget gets popped up in the new window when users access the Deep links from the ODA response messages? Are there any configurations available to turn on turn off ODA in the new windows opened from Deep links?
The welcome message and the initial help options show up in the new widget session as well on the ODA when the new widget shows up and the conversation that user had in the original session is not available.
If there is none, Could you please guide us where to submit this request to product team to provide the option to enable or disable the ODA in the new window opened for the Deep links provided in ODA.
