Service error while previewing the report

I am trying to run a report which has a prompt for the column dimension along with Zoom option enabled and function used to generate the row dimension. Once preview button is clicked, the prompt comes up and the report opens up. When I try to zoom in on the column dimension member, it gives me a service error as below.

"A service error has occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support. Reference: b0e72c94-13d2-415a-814a-bc678aa32e4f"

has anyone faced this issue previously.
