Hire Start Date suddenly off a day

So on Monday's we run an automated analysis of upcoming hires via the Hire Start Date field. It's been fine up until today. It now is showing Hire Start Date one day early, so instead of next Monday 3/15 it's showing 3/14.

It does default to midnight when we enter hire start date despite the settingin config being at 0800 hours but I think I saw that is a Fluid issue. But why would it suddenly change? Day light savings isn't for another week. Is it trying to compensate for that since the hire start date is next week? Any way to correct this?
