Job Offer Tokens Not Populating

I've created a job offer using the tokens to populate certain fields. It is working for some, but not for all. I had in the letter to contact the recruiter with the recruiter's name, job title, work phone, and work email, and those fields are not populating. See attached. Am I doing something wrong?
