Which deep link can be used that allows a manager to access goal plan of specific direct reportee?

We are creating an onboarding checklist where a task is to assign goal by line manager. The task type is external URL and we used following deep links but all of them takes the manager to his/her own goal plan. The idea is to allow manager to navigate to workers goal plan directly. Any idea on which deep link can be used for team goal plan?

Worker Goals (HRG_WORKER_GOALS,NONE)

Manage Goals (MANAGE_GOALS,NONE)
