Manage orders permissions for specific segment (Division)

Hi,
thanks in advance for your assistance.

I would like to know if there are possibilities to create permissions for "Manage orders" screen, so the records will displayed according to specific segment (Division) which comes from Order Lines.

for example: managers want to see all Orders which related to specific division (Division comes from order lines in "PO Charge account" field)
