How to initiate an alert to the Budget Analyst Rep when offer is accepted

Is there a way to call out a Budget Analyst Rep in an alert composer when the job offer is accepted? from what i'm seeing, only 4 types of reps can be called out, and Budget Analyst isn't one of them. We have set our Budget Analyst via Area of Responsibility. the goal is for them to get notified when an offer is accepted, and I think the best route is using the Alert Composer which already exists, but i can't find a way to call the Budget Analyst out. Any ideas would be great. Thank you
