Model Profile Attachments to view by all employees

Hi All

We have attached documents in job profiles and Position profiles page in model Profiles section. We have a requirements from business that all employees should able to access the their position profile of their position. And they must access these attachments from Me section.

In order to achieve the requirement  we hope plan to provide access through a link embed in skills and qualification page or a add a tile on springboard. 

Please support on how to achieve above requirement. Else will there be any other method that we can provide access to employees to view these attachments
