Does anyone know what you need to do when you are trying to change the subjective account hierarchy status from Draft to Active but you see the following message:

"Cannot make the tree version active due to the last audit failure. You need to correct the validation failure and run a new audit.

Audit failed while validating following tree nodes H2037, H3065, H3064 etc" See attached screenshot

What needs to be done to the above codes?

We have tried to run online auditing but the process errored and the message on the screen is as above.

Any ideas?

thanks
