Cancel Draft Requisitions

Summary

Would like to cancel instead of delete draft requisitions that are not going to be used.

We have a need to cancel draft requisitions as opposed to deleting them, so that they are retrievable and available for reporting.  It appears the only option is to either submit for approval and then cancel (not ideal), or delete. If we have no choice but to delete, can we restore req in the event it was deleted by mistake? Is it possible to report on deleted reqs?
