Hello,

When we create Agents in the Recruiting, they are not receiving email from Oracle system regarding their account creation. We have to manually re-set the password and send them the access details. There are 2 different user categories created in the system: Default and Agency Users. The ORA New Account Notification Template is not enabled for Default user category as this category primarily consists of internal employees and they are using Single-Sign On functionality. However, the same template is enabled for Agency Users Category but they are not receiving any emails.
