Hours worked counted by Calendar Weeks Logic

Summary

Need help with logic to count hours worked based on calendar weeks worked for 401K vendor

Content

Hi Friends,

We have a requirement where our 401K plan requires hours worked to be calculated based on the count of calendar weeks an employee has worked.  We then use that count of calendar weeks to convert to hours with a conversion of 1 week = 45 hours worked.  We do not use the Oracle Benefits module and have to build this into an integration file.  We need to be able to capture the last week of the year and cannot use pay period end date or payroll process date because they both end before 12/31.

Howdy, Stranger!
