Hello Everyone - I have a few questions on Budgets. As per the requirement, the budget is shared between an ICP plan and a WFC plan. Wanted to check the following -- 

1) If the budget is increased by 1% using modeling, will that be reflected in the ICPs?
2) Is the budget deducted from the period the bonus is effective? If there is a requirement to deduct from a previous budget, it  is possible ?
3) If a budget is adjusted after approved, does the budget pool get adjusted?
4) Lastly, where does the % of Overall budget in Administer Compensation come from?
