Conflict between core HR and compensation roles

Hello Guys,

We would configure two roles for the respective two modules Core HR and Compensation.

The Requirement is "see CEO record in Compensation and not in Person Management".

We try in order to do it, but the combination of the two roles allows the CEO data to be seen in both Person Management and Compensation.

I attaching a file with more details.

How can we solve this problem?
