Is there a feasiblity to restrict Recruiting Admin to access "Recruiting" Subscriber in Manage Quest

Hi Experts,

 

We have a requirement from a customer that the Recruiting Admin Should able to access only "Recruiting" subscriber in manage question task. Is there a feasiblity to do the same?

 

Any inputs for the same would be appreciated.
