We have a requirement to define the Behavioral Indicators in the proficiency Rating. For each rating, business wants to define 4 indicators.
Does anyone has the best practise to define the indicators and we would also like to know where the indicators will be visible in the UI (e.g Skills and Qualifications) to employee or the line manager
At present, Behavioral Indicator field is available at the content item value level.
