Hi,

I have noticed that employees cannot see an Individual Compensation Plan we have created.

The element is a voluntary deduction at the payroll relationship level (Contribution to a voluntary Association)

I have tried other type of elements that are at assignment level and they all work.

I have found on My Oracle Support  Fusion Compensation: ICD: Individual Compensation Plan not visible when awarding compensation (Doc ID 2524049.1)

The HR Flows support the Payroll Element at Assignment Level only and cannot be at the payroll relationship level.

This is because IDC requires different entries for different assignments, or when the element applies only to specific assignments. Where as Payroll Relationship Level is the highest level for accumulating balances. Every payroll run processes payroll relationship elements.
